Mansfield IT provides our customers will the following Support Options:
Onsite Support
The customer service staff we provide for onsite support for our clients are all at least Certified Professionals. For further information on onsite service fees, please contact our staff directly. Onsite support will be billed in half hour (30 minute) increments.
Remote Support
All customer service staff performing remote support are at least Microsoft Certified Professionals. With remote support we can troubleshoot and fix most issues remotely. This option works especially well if you have a fast internet connection.
Telephone Support
Telephone support is available for a quick fix solution or common problems.
Mansfield IT has the following Hours of Business and out-of-hours policies:
Standard rates will apply during our business hours of 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday, 09:00 – 14:00 Fridays (excluding public holidays). Outside of these hours, the time of our staff will be billed according to our scheduled overtime rates. For further information please contact one of our customer service staff.
